Ethiopia 17/11/12

Before breakfast we birded the Liban Plains and Acacia SE of Negele to seek the rarest bird of the trip, the Sidamo Lark (found only in fields on the Liban Plains, estimates of only 100 pairs left). Lunch was taken at the Nile Hotel in Negele before heading straight back out again birding an hour south of Negele in search of Bustards. The day list was very large, but only notable birds mentioned here to avoid a long list of birds.
